Description of Work:

The financial management function within GAC continues to look to strengthen its financial management processes and procedures, systems, service delivery model, tools, and analytics capacity, identify innovative ways to address new challenges, and identify efficiencies and cost saving opportunities. 

The purpose is to establish an as-and-when-requested contract with a strategic Supplier to provide expertise, standardize and strengthen financial management within GAC, and to ensure the prudent use of public resources. This includes identifying areas of improvement across multiple areas, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics, and process improvement and automation.
