Description of the requirement:
Global Affairs Canada’s (GAC) Summit Management Office (SMO) requires the rapid/aggressive development of an Accreditation Solution that would modernize the current solution, evolve towards a multi-event approach and integrate with existing modules (Access Control, Inventory Management) and RCMP’s Security Accreditation Management System (SAMS).
To that extent, SMO requires a team of IT Professionals which will include a Senior Project Manager, a Senior Business Analyst and 2 Software Developers (1 senior and 1 junior) to plan and deliver modules to manage multiple events, register summit participants, interface with SAMS, and provide data for the Inventory Management and Access Control modules. The ultimate goal of this project is to modernize and enhance the current legacy solution in alignment with GAC’s security standards.
Trade Agreement:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award date to March 31, 2019.
