    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under “Tier 1” for the following stream(s):
    Stream 2: Business Consulting / Change Management Stream (GSIN: R019BF)
    2.5 Business Process Consultant
    Level 3

    Only selected TSPS SA Holders currently holding a TSPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the E60ZT-16TSPS series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five (5) working days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

    DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
    There is an immediate requirement for professional services for one (1) Senior Business Process Consultant to provide strategic and expert advice on this major transformation agenda, in particular as it relates to materiel (movable and immovable assets) management.

    LEVEL OF SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
    There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.

    PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
    The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award to March 31, 2019, with an irrevocable option to extend up to one (1) additional one-year period.

    ESTIMATED LEVEL OF EFFORT:
    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 90 days for the resource.
