Description
New regulatory requirements for the management of flight crew fatigue are expected to be published in Canada Gazette II in 2018. This anticipated amendment of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR) would introduce Fatigue Risk Management Systems (FRMS) as an alternate approach to the prescriptive flight, duty and rest requirements for managing flight crew fatigue.
Consulting Services are required in the development of guidance resources to be provided to smaller air services in support of FRMS implementation.
TC requires professional to develop guidance and tools using plain language to meet the needs of smaller air operators and on-demand air services in Canada to assist their effective implementation of an FRMS.
