RFP Scope: FCC leases its Corporate Office space in downtown Regina, Saskatchewan. FCC will be initiating various tenant improvements to modernize existing interior office space located at 1800 Hamilton Street (FCC Tower). FCC expects to renovate approximately 1,115 to 2,323 m² of office space annually over a three-year period.

FCC is seeking a single proponent to provide construction management services for the modernization, as well as other routine improvement and maintenance projects, as required. FCC will be seeking an agreement of three years with an extension option of up to two additional years, beginning in January 2019.

The successful proponent will be expected to demonstrate proven experience in managing projects of a similar size and scope for existing commercial office space that is occupied by a tenant and located in a downtown high-rise.

To be eligible to respond to this RFP, Proponents must have a representative present (in person) for a mandatory site visit at FCC Tower on November 19^th at 10:00 AM (CST).
