NPP for e-Learning Services in Support of Training

CMHC wishes to enter into an agreement with one (1) primary vendor and up to two (2) secondary vendors capable of supplying eLearning services of the highest caliber of quality and offering “best overall value” to CMHC. The services may include, but are not limited to, e-learning design and development services in support of training and requirements on an as-needed basis and/or other related services.

The successful proponent(s) will work closely with CMHC’s Learning and Organizational Development department and other subject matter experts to conceptualize the e-learning design in order to:

1. Develop a new e-learning from subject matter content (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel or PowerPoint documents, Adobe Acrobat PDF files); and
2. Update an existing e-learning based on new criteria (e.g. updates to subject matter)

The work may include but is not limited to:

• Audio/narration;

• Custom graphics;

• Custom animations;

• Videos;

• Instructional design; and

• Interface design.
