DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) has an immediate requirement for the supply, delivery and installation of one (1) privacy booth and one (1) conference booth to be delivered and installed at 112 Kent Street, 18th Floor, Tower B, Ottawa, ON in accordance with the specifications and requirements detailed in the Statements of Work. Delivery and installation must be completed within eight (8) weeks of receipt of a task authorization from CRA (however not before March 31, 2019).
The CRA also has a requirement for the supply, delivery, and installation of privacy booths and conference booths to be delivered and installed on an “as and when requested” basis to other CRA locations across Canada. Up to an additional five (5) privacy booths and five (5) conference booths may be purchased on an “as and when requested” basis during the period of the Contract.
The privacy booth and conference booth will be evaluated separately as Stream 1 – Privacy Booth and Stream 2 – Conference Booth. Bidders can submit a bid for both streams or just one of the streams. CRA reserves the right to award one contract if the same bidder is successful in both streams.
The term of the proposed Contract(s) is three (3) years.

CONTRACTOR SELECTION METHODOLOGY
Bidders may bid on either the privacy booth, the conference booth or both.
To be declared compliant, a bid must comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory criteria. Compliant bids will then move on to the evaluation of financial proposals. The compliant bidder(s) with the lowest Bid Evaluation Price for Stream 1 – Privacy Booth and Stream 2 – Conference Booth and meeting all conditions precedent to contract award will be recommended for award of a contract(s).
