This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, various institution in the Pacific Region.

Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide a series of Occupational First Aid Level 1 and 3 (OFA)Training Certificate courses recognized by the Provincial Regulatory body that will apply to various industries not just construction.
Objectives:
To provide a series of Occupational First Aid Level 1 and 3 (OFA)Training Certificate courses recognized by the Provincial Regulatory body that will apply to various industries not just construction.
Deliverables:
The Contractor must provide the following deliverables:
- An Observation Report prior to leaving the facility in the event of an incident or emergency to the Program Manager;
- A daily attendance report to the Program Manager;
- Final assessments in a MS Word document to the Program Manager;
- A report assessing the punctuality, attendance, interpersonal relationships, attitude, motivation, behaviour, effort, productivity and responsibility of the attendees. The reports must be a narrative of what they learned through the program and the response for each individual in the areas noted above;
- First Aid certificates to the successful students; and
- The Contractor must complete an Offender Suspension a Program Assignment (1188), an internal form in the case they remove anyone permanently from their class.
Term of Contract:
Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed from the period of Standing Offer Award to January 31, 2020, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one-year periods.
