Description
Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for ongoing Weather Observation Services in Sept-Iles, Quebec, as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex A to the bid solicitation. The period of the contract is from date of award for three (3) years plus two (2) additional one (1) year option periods. The Contractor’s main responsibilities will be to prepare the instruments, release the balloons twice each day and ensure the prompt transmittal of the data. The work will also involve the management and provision of personnel to conduct the observing, recording, encoding and transmitting Aerological and Surface Weather and Supplementary programs.
