One (1) Level 2 IT Security Design Specialist

Description of Work:
DND requires the services to support the project team with during investigations of issues identified with the Tactical Cross Domain Solution.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #21 applies
