Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide refrigeration mechanic journeyman and apprentice services, which include but are not limited to : the supply of the labour, tools, and when requested by the CSC, materials, special equipment and disposal to perform refrigeration mechanic journeyman and apprentice services.

Objectives: Perform inspection, maintenance repair and work on the refrigeration and air-conditioning systems of all the correctional institutions in the Quebec Region.

Deliverables: The Contractor must perform various task that include, but are not limited to, maintenance, replacement, modification, inspection, repairs of existing components and installation of new components to mechanical refrigeration systems, install and repair the mechanical refrigeration units of ventilation, air treatment and air-conditioning systems, perform diagnostics and steps to find the cause of a failure, etc.

Term of Standing Offer The term of the Standing Offer t is from the award until May 31^st, 2020 inclusively.

Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
