    Description

    SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:

    A new security process has been put in place, applying different security levels in all Federal buildings as per Policy (No); Institute Maurice-Lamontagne (IML) in Mont-Joli, Quebec are required to put in place this Policy. 

    Minimal level for our Ministry is level 2, this means that we need to control access to all work zones of the building. The first step in applying this new Policy, we will need to construct a wall of 6.5m wide to limit access to 6th floor bloc A, as per the scope of work found in a separate document titled “Devis” which forms part of this construction tender package.

    To ensure that the quality level of the exposition zone at the Institute Maurice-Lamontagne, the Ministry is requesting that an aquarium be integrated in the wall, and that all service equipment and service area needs to be integrated within this wall.

    The work must be completed for March 31, 2019 with the installation of the aquarium by May 31, 2019.

    All work is to be done only in the evenings and weekends from 6 pm to 6 am weekdays and from 6 pm on Friday nights until 6 am on Mondays.

    SITE VISIT:

    A non-mandatory site visit is being organized by the technical authority. Only one visit will be organized by the Ministry. Submission of a tender will be evidence that the tenderer has prepared his / her proposal with full knowledge of the facts and work of the project.
