Description:
This Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) is for the supply of all necessary labour, equipment, material, supervision and transportation necessary for concrete work which may include but not limited to; performing concrete repair, maintenance, renovation and construction of concrete curbs and surfaces for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) "Depot" Division located in Regina, SK.
It is anticipated that one firm will be issued a Standing Offer.
The term of the Standing Offer is for a period of one (1) year.
Security Requirement: All persons working on site must hold a Facility Access with Escort Security (FA02) Clearance, this includes persons working to correct deficiencies or do warranty work, issued by RCMP Departmental Security.
Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.

The RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by Public Services and Procurement Canada. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
