Supply and Installation of BARRIER FREE AUTOMATIC DOOR OPERATORS –ISEDC
The department of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada, specifically the CD Howe Building is seeking offers from Contractors interested in providing all labour, materiel, and equipment for the supply and installation of BARRIER FREE AUTOMATIC DOOR OPERATORS located at 5W-235 Queen St Ottawa, On.
The area of work shall be within the National Capital Region, specifically the CD Howe (ISED) located at 235 Queen St, Ottawa, On. The services will be required for a period commencing from contract award to March 31, 2019.
A Mandatory site visit will be held on February 8th, 2019 at 10:00am, Eastern Daylight Time.
A Second Mandatory site visit will be held on February 15th, 2019 at 10:00am, Eastern Daylight Time.
Those who attended the 1st site visit on February 8th, 2019 at 10:00am, Eastern Daylight Time do not have to attend the 2nd site on February 15th, 2019 at 10:00am, Eastern Daylight Time visited. It is Mandatory to attend one of these dates.
Bidder who do not attend the mandatory site visit cannot submit a tender.
Bidder that are planning to participate in this Site Visit are asked to email joanne.plummer@canada.ca
to confirm their attendance; no later than one (1) working day prior to the Site Visit.
Photo identification is required for access onto the site.
