Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Professional Services: AC181901, Airfield Pavement Condition Inspection Services – Standing Offer Agreement, Various Locations across Canada.

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Consulting firms to provide the following services: “as and when required” professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements in various locations across Canada.

The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select one (1) firm, who will sign Standing Offer Agreements (SOA) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $600,000.00 for a period of three (3) years from the date of establishment.

If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to three (3) additional one (1) year period and increased in value in the order of $550,000.00 at any time.

Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $50,000.00 and $125,000.00; the maximum value of a Call-up is $200,000.00.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
