This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under “Tier 1” for the following stream(s):
Stream 1: Human Resources Services (GSIN: R019BF)

Only selected TSPS SA Holders currently holding a TSPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region under the E60ZT-16TSPS series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five (5) working days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. In no circumstance will such an invitation require Canada to extend a bid closing date. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal. DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:
This is a requirement for the support and advice services of one (1) Senior Staffing Consultant (Category 1.8), one (1) Senior Human Resources Assistant Consultant (Category 1.10) and one (1) Intermediate Human Resources Consultant (Category 1.1), fluent in both Official Languages (English/French). The consultants will work with DIAND’s managements and their team to assist with the planning and staffing of the Directorate on a priority basis.

PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
The proposed period of contract shall be from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020, with the irrevocable option to extend up to two (2) additional one-year periods.
