Description
CMHC wishes to enter into an Agreement with a Vendor for the purpose of providing Tree Maintenance Services for Granville Island in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Tree Maintenance Services include providing a year round management program for over 630 trees, including inventory management, arborist consultation services, maintenance services for pruning, soil care, fertilization, tree removal, and planting.
The anticipated initial term of the Agreement is for three (3) years with one optional renewal period of two (2) years, for a cumulative term of up to five (5) years. The total dollar value of the resulting Agreement is not expected to exceed $105,000 CAD annually, inclusive of taxes.
Bids must be received at the location specified in the RFP document on or before the submission deadline of 11:00 am, PDT, on April 9, 2019.
