RFP Scope: FCC is seeking an Enterprise Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software solution to identify, assess, monitor and report on risks and controls throughout the organization. The objective of the RFP is to select a solution to fulfill its Enterprise and Operational Risk Management use case. 

FCC will only consider proposals that are submitted directly by the GRC solution manufacturer or provider. FCC is not seeking and will not consider proposals from software resellers or implementation partners at this time. 

RFP Schedule:

• RFP issue date: February 21, 2019
• Vendor questions accepted until: March 1, 2019 at 12:00 PM (Noon)
• RFP closing date and time: March 18, 2019 at 12:00 PM (Noon)

Vendors should note that:

• this opportunity notice references a non-binding, competitive RFP, not a call for tenders. FCC is not obligated to proceed with the work described in the RFP scope, and may cancel the RFP at any time.
• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
