    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)."

    DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUIREMENT:

    The primary objective of the project is to provide technical writing and guidance to various programs in the preparation of their Treasury Board (TB) submissions. These submissions will be prepared on various subjects related to the Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) mandate and many are related to Budget 2019 announcements. Regular progress monitoring mechanisms will be prepared and managed by the ESDC Submission Control Unit (SCU) to ensure that project deliverables are completed in an efficient and timely manner. Consultants will require strong communication and writing skills, and the ability to liaise and support multiple clients within the Department. Consultants will report to the Senior Director: SCU; Chief Financial Officer Branch (CFOB).

    PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT:
