RFI Scope:

FCC’s Agile Center of Excellence team is seeking information from potential vendors that can provide Agile Mindset training and consulting to help FCC become an agile organization. We are not seeking training or consulting that focuses on any of the agile frameworks such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), or Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), or certification courses such as Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Agile Leader, etc. We are seeking potential partners with demonstrated experience in helping clients apply and adopt the principles of agility more broadly, outside of software development.

We are interested in identifying potential partners with demonstrated experience in influencing and advancing agile principles at the enterprise level, in the following areas:

• Strategic planning
• Executive decision making
• Financial budgeting

• Leadership
• Decision making
• Practical application for practitioners
• Change adoption

RFI Schedule:

• RFI issue date: March 27, 2019
• Vendor questions accepted until: April 8, 2019 at 12:00 PM (Noon)
• RFI closing date and time: April 12, 2019 at 12:00 PM (Noon)

• this opportunity notice references an RFI only, not a call for tenders. FCC does not intend to award a contract as a direct result of this RFI and is only seeking to identify vendors with suitable experience that may be given potential consideration in future opportunities.
