Description

The Department of Justice requires the services for one System Architect (Level 2) and one Programmer Analyst (Level 2) to join our project team in the building of a new Enterprise Grants and Contributions System (EGCS) and Web Portal.

EGCS will replace the legacy Grants and Contributions Information Management System (GCIMS), with a new robust system built on the GCcase platform (Microsoft Dynamics). The team uses Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) for work-item tracking, code and asset versioning, and test case tracking. We scrum for 15 minutes every day, plan our work in 2 week sprints in which we demo to the project stakeholders on a routine basis. It is a deliberate workflow aimed at delivering continuous value to the project stakeholders in a transparent and collaborative way.

The resource will also be required to provide operational, technical and analytical expertise to the project including guidance and knowledge transfer to allow Justice to build up its capacity to support this technology using in-house assets/resources.
