Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency requires return passenger shuttle services at various locations within the Lake Louise area in Banff National Park, AB commencing May 17, 2019 until October 14, 2019 inclusive. This iconic Canadian destination welcomes millions of visitors every year, these services are being implemented as an interim measure in order to help alleviate traffic congestion which is increasingly problematic with higher visitation each year. These shuttles must maintain operating status as required by Transportation Alberta and be approved for this service through the Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program (CVIP) and hold a valid permit for the duration of the Contract.
Enquiries:
All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority identified in the RFQ as early as possible within the solicitation period.
Enquiries should be received no later than nine (9) days before the bid closing date to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
