    DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

    Public Safety Canada (PS) requires two to four level 3 programmer analysts on as and when requested basis to develop and support corporate applications within the Application Services team

    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who quality under the stated consultant category, security level, region and tier:

    PERIOD OF WORK

    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to June 30, 2020.

    The Contractor agrees to grant to Canada an irrevocable option extend the term of the Contract by up to three additional one year period under the same terms and conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions set out in the Basis of Payment.

    Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced, for administrative purposes only, through a formal contract amendment.

    EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

    The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit (70%) and price (30%) will be recommended for award of a contract.
