Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated proposal for Remediation Services of Soil and Groundwater, Highbury Complex, London, ON

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the Province of Ontario, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from firms to provide services specific to this Department of National Defence (DND) project, which will be located in London, ON.

The objective of this project is to remediate soil and groundwater at the Highbury Complex site to meet Provincial Standards for cVOCs through an in-situ focused approach.

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the Proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Abbreviated Proposal on the forms that are available from MERX (www.merx.com).

To be considered, Abbreviated Proposals must be received at the following address, no later than 14:00 hours local time on June 24 2019.
