The Request for Proposal (RFP) is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audits, and Stream 6: Financial Accounting Services against Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZQ-180001).
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
The RCMP requires the professional financial and accounting services, and information technology and systems audits services of a Contractor on an as-and-when-requested basis to provide assistance with the ongoing monitoring of the RCMP’s key Internal Control over Financial Management (ICFM), evaluate results, identify deficiencies when applicable and assist in the development of action plans to address the identified deficiencies.
- Work Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audits; and
- Work Stream 6: Financial and Accounting Services.
DURATION OF CONTRACT:
Canada is seeking to establish a contract for the above streams on an “as and when requested” basis only, for 1 year and option periods for the RCMP.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the technical and financial evaluation criteria. The technical evaluation criteria includes mandatory and point-rated criteria on the bidder and the bidder’s proposed resources. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract. The evaluation process and selection methodology are detailed in full on the RFP.
SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
The Contractor personnel requiring access to protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid Reliability Status, granted or approved by RCMP. Security Requirements are detailed in full on the RFP.
