Description

The Centre for Immunization and Respiratory Infectious Diseases (CIRID), Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC), is seeking professional services to design, conduct and report an assessment of the Action Plan to Improve Vaccination Coverage Rates in Canada. The project authority may also require professional services to assist in the coordination, planning and facilitation of a face-to-face meeting of approximately 20-30 stakeholders. The period of any resulting contract will be from the date of the Contract to March 31, 2020 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to one additional year period under the same conditions.
