Description
Following the successful Gate 2 of the Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) process, the Government of Canada is now moving on to Gate 3 of the Procurement Process for the HR and Pay Next Generation Solution (the “Project”) with a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Project is part of the multi-phase agile procurement process lead by Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Gate 1 and 2 of the ITQ, only the “Qualified Respondents” can participate in the later phases of the procurement process. Only Qualified Respondents that have been notified following the evaluation of Gate 2 will be permitted to bid on the RFP or any subsequent solicitation issued as part of the procurement process. This process may or may not lead to a contract.
The Solicitation documents were sent directly to the Bidders on Friday May 10th.
