This requirement is open only to those Learning Services Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following streams:
- Instructional Design and Development Services
- Custom and Rapid eLearning Product Programming
- Multi-Media Design & Development
- Project Management

Description of Work:
The Canadian Environmental Assessment Agency requires professional services available through the Learning Services Supply Arrangement to develop a learning solution that encompasses:
- an interactive online course
- in-class learning materials,
- an online evaluation tool for the e-Learning course
The solution will include the analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of cost effective online training by using up-to-date and relevant technology, as well as proven instructional design. All products will be in both of Canada’s official languages.
