    Help design the Government of Canada's new online tendering service!

    As part of the Electronic procurement solution (EPS) project PSPC is replacing the current BuyandSell.gc.ca online tendering service.

    This is your opportunity to preview what we’re working on give your feedback and influence our design. Insights gathered from your participation in usability testing sessions will help us make sure that our service provides a positive experience for you.

    How to participate?

    To participate, please follow this link and answer our registration questions. The information collected here is intended to ensure that the sample participants selected are representative of the broader population of businesses in Canada.

    Who can participate?

    All business owners and/or their representatives! Whether you currently sell or would like to sell to the Government of Canada (GC), all are invited. Please share this link with anyone you know who may be interested in participating.

    If you have already signed up to participate in previous e-procurement solution user testing with PSPC, we ask that you still please fill out the form attached as we want to ensure we have up to date participation details.

    What does participation mean?

    If selected you will be invited to participate in one or multiple testing activities over the course of the summer and fall conducted by an independent research firm hired by PSPC. Sessions are expected to last approximately 60 minutes and participants who complete the test sessions will be awarded a honorarium of $75.00. All tests will be facilitated via online tools to allow you to participate from the comfort of your home or office.

    All participation is on a voluntary basis, with an ability to withdraw at any time. The amount of participation is therefore up to you!

    This LOI is neither a call for tender nor a Request for Proposal (RFP), and no agreement or contract for the procurement of the services stated above will be entered into solely as a result of this LOI. This announcement does not constitute a commitment by Canada. Canada does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice.
