SIP Trunking for Skype 2019 On-premise
1. Definition of requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued by Shared Services Canada. The resulting contract will be used by SSC to provide shared services to the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission.
The resulting contract is for the provision of the the telephony services for the Skype 2019 on-premise environment.
The delivery point will be in Gatineau, QC, J8X 4B1.
This bid solicitation does not preclude SSC from using any other method of supply available.
The requirements are articulated in the attached documentation.
2. Security requirement: This solicitation contains a security requirement.
3. Trade Agreements: Canada has invoked the National Security Exception in respect of this requirement and, as a result, none of the trade agreements apply to this requirement.
Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs) do not apply as all the goods and services shall be delivered in regions not covered by Land Claim Agreements.
