Description of Work:

DFO requires professional services to support implementation of rationalization projects within the EFM SI portfolio, including a review of Sector business and operational needs, business process standardization or re-engineering, the information model and a rationalization of all supporting applications.

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

• The work is currently being performed by:

  • SRA Staffing Solutions - Business Transformation Architects only under contract (value $1,567,954.89)

  • Donna Cona – Business Analysts only under contract (value $1,242,666.00)
