Description
To compile and report on data on contaminants and health of wildlife in Great Lakes Areas of Concern (AOC) as part of Environment and Climate Change Canada’s Great Lakes Action Plan (GLAP); to assess the beneficial use impairments (BUI) of wildlife in the AOCs; to create databases, reports and presentations to be used in assessing the status of AOC delisting criteria. Secondarily to compile, organize, tabulate and write reports on wildlife data generated by the Canada’s Chemicals Management Plan (CMP) National Monitoring and Surveillance Program. Also prepare metadata and databases from both these programs for input into the ECCC Data catalogue to allow Canadian’s public access.
