Description of the Requirement:

^{The objective is to acquire the services of change management senior advisor who will implement the agreed upon approach to stakeholder engagement and the current OCM plan which will require adjustment to meet the specific needs of the different L1 organizations. The Contractor will provide strategic advice and leadership to the Senior Project director and the project team to ensure successful delivery and adoption of the changes being introduced to meet project and operational objectives. The Contractor must be able to work at all levels of the organization and apply practical methods to achieve buy-in and adoption within the organization.}
