DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

The objective is to obtain a current workplace health assessment and recommendations to assist in building a healthy, respectful and supportive work environment where employees at all levels are respectful and considerate in their interactions with one another. The workplace health assessment should focus on the effectiveness of leadership, work ethics and civility in the workplace and, the environment of trust amongst employees at all levels. Public Safety Canada (PS) will be conducting workplace health assessments for the 6 branches on an as and when required basis.

This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who quality under the stated consultant category, security level, region and tier.

Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the following Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement:

PERIOD OF WORK

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit (70%) and price (30%) will be recommended for award of a contract.
