Description of Work:

DFATD is looking for the services of a Senior Business Consultant and a Business Project Manager.

The Senior Business Consultant is required to guide and advise the project team in the development of a change management strategy with attention given to improved data quality and a time reporting methodology that supports the users of the system.

The Business Project Manager is required to advise the Business project team, and collaborate with the information technology managers in the development and implementation of the overall CCEM system. The PM will help guide the Program performance measurement framework, including the data integrity coming from the CCEM system.
