This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada.

Description of the Requirement:
The Project and Construction Management Services (PCMS) requires the service of two (2) Project Monitor (One (1) Intermediate with Secret security clearance and One (1) Intermediate with Reliability status) with experience in the supervision and coordination of construction contractors on commercial/industrial construction sites.
Level of Security Requirement:
Security Requirement for Canadian Supplier: Public Works and Government Services Canada Security Requirement Check List File No 10067346A.
- The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) of the Industrial Security Sector (ISS), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC).
- The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED B information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET, or RELIABILITY STATUS, as required, granted or approved by the CSP/ISS/PWGSC.

Proposed period of contract:
The period of the Contract is from Contract Award date to June 30, 2020 inclusive.
Option to Extend the Contract:
The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one-year period(s) under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.
Canada may exercise this option at any time by sending a written notice to the Contractor at least ten (10) calendar days before the expiry date of the Contract. The option may only be exercised by the Contracting Authority, and will be evidenced for administrative purposes only, through a contract amendment.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract period will be up to 220 days per resource.
