ITQ Scope: FCC is currently exploring the use of a leadership development framework and 360-degree assessment called “the Leadership Circle” (TLC) and a related product called “the Leadership System (TLS)”. FCC is seeking a consulting partner to administer and deliver a pilot of the TLS with a single cohort of twelve FCC leaders. Depending on the results of the pilot FCC may seek to engage the consulting partner on an expanded roll out of the program.
In order to be considered, proponents must have personnel that are certified to deliver both the TLC and TLS.

- RFP closing date and time: September 4, 2019 at 2:00 PM
