Description of Work:
IM/IT upholds a steady adoption of ever changing, new and innovative technologies. In support of GAC’s digital transformation agenda, Information Management (IM) is moving forward with an enterprise approach to collaboration, document management and records management using SharePoint (collaboration and document management) and GCdocs (records management).
The scope of this assignment is to support the gathering and definition of business needs, business analysis and definition of the business requirements and enterprise information architecture that will support collaboration, document management and records management. More specifically, the resource will support a Collaboration Pilot that will be used to experiment with MS365 offerings such as Teams, SharePoint, etc. and evaluate the user experience and needs to support the GAC international business model.
It is imperative to obtain a consultant with the experience and specialized knowledge to support the Collaboration Pilot activities and assist with the development of the enterprise information architecture, enterprise taxonomies, and metadata model that will enable a subsequent pilot in fiscal year 2019-20 for SharePoint and GCdocs integration.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
