This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers for Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audits; and 6: Financial and Accounting Services against the Professional Audit Support Services (PASS) Supply Arrangement (E60ZG-060004)

DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

Services will be provided under the Contract on an as-and-when requested basis. A Task Authorization (TA) will be utilized to perform tasks related to the Work during the life of this contract. The following includes, but does not limit the tasks associated with any TA. The TA will authorize the specific tasks required:

  • Assessing Internal Controls over Financial Management,
  • Assessing Information Technology (IT) Controls (IT General Controls and IT Application Controls),
  • Supporting the Corporate Accounting and Financial Reports teams.
  • Work Stream 3: Information Technology and Systems Audits; and
  • Work Stream 6: Financial Accounting Services.

    DURATION OF CONTRACT

The Work is to be performed during the period of contract award to one (1) year later, with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods.

EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY

Lowest priced compliant bid.
