Description of the Requirement:
Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) requires the services from external
accounting firms to carry out on-site recipient audits.

Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on
Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from April 1, 2020 up to March 31, 2021 plus four (4)
option periods of one (1) year each.
