MUST have a minimum ten (10) years of experience as a Programmer/Analyst

MUST provide two (2) project references for the proposed resource where the resource held the role of Programmer/Analyst

MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of experienced programming in HTML.

MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with programming in CSS.

MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with programming in JSON

MUST have a minimum of three (3) years of experience with programming in JavaScript
