Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. Organizational job description writing, job evaluation and organizational design analysis is required.
Assistance is required to review and update client branches by primarily writing job descriptions, writing job description rationales, conducting job validation interviews, writing job validation interview summaries, conducting classification relativity studies, evaluating job descriptions and performing organizational analysis and design.
Level of Security Requirement:
Common PS SRCL#6 - Reliability
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of the contract shall be for one year from date of contract award, with the option to extend it for up to three (3) one (1) year renewal periods.
