Description
The Senate of Canada invites the submission of quotations for the provision of insurance coverage as stated in the attached document and in accordance with the stated mandatory requirements set forth in this Request for Quotations (RFQ). The Senate of Canada currently has insurance in place that expires on November 12, 2019.
Enquiries regarding this RFQ must be received by e-mail at: proc.appr@sen.parl.gc.ca by the contracting officer, no later than October 3, 2019 at NOON before the RFQ closing date. All communication or inquiries must be directed ONLY to this person. Non-compliance with this condition for that reason alone may result in the disqualification of Bidder’s proposal. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.
To ensure the equality of information among Bidder, answers to enquiries which are relevant to the RFQ will be provided to all Bidders by simultaneously posting responses to Buy and Sell without revealing the sources of the inquiry
