Fate and Effect of Rare Earth Elements to Algae and Fish

Description
By means of the RFP, Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from bidders for a project to expand the knowledge of toxicity with aquatic plants, algae, and fish to establish effect concentrations for four priority lanthanides: Lanthanum (La), Cerium (Ce), Neodymium (Nd) and Yttrium (Y). A proposed testing methodology has been provided in this requirement.
The contract period will be for 6 months, or until March 20, 2020. There are no security requirements.
