    Description of Work:

    The Department of Fisheries and Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard (DFO/CCG) requires support for the following:

    • Financial Management Policy expectations on Internal Controls over Financial Management and Internal Controls over Financial Reporting; 
    • Fraud Management by continually updating the Department’s fraud risk assessment and using data analytics;
    • Risk based recipient audit reporting;
    • Supply of accounting services including policy development; and
    • Capacity for conducting Internal Audits and forensic audits.

    Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 applies
