Destination Canada (DC) requires an integrated payroll and Human Resource Information System (HRIS) platform to address current and future payroll and human resources needs.
As core requirements, the integrated platform must provide the following systems, their corresponding services and functions:
1. Payroll processing and benefit management & administration for DC’s employees in Canada
2. HRIS functionalities for DC’s worldwide employees, including:
-Employee information storage and management
-Employee leave management
In addition to the above core requirements, the Contractor may have the ability to offer optional functionalities or modules. DC can choose to acquire these optional functionalities or modules at a later time, to provide an end-to-end employee lifecycle management
