    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category

    1. One (1) Stream 5: Project Management Services – P.5 Project Executive – Level 3
    2. One (1) Stream 5: Project Management Services – P.1 Change Management Consultant – Level 3
    3. One (1) Stream 4: Business Services – B.7 Business Transformation Architect – Level 3
    4. One (1) Stream 4: Business Services – B.1 Business Analyst – Level 3

    Description of Work:

    DFATD has an urgent need for a Project Executive, Change Manager, Business Transformation Architect and a Business Analyst to contribute to the departmental IM/IT transformation initiatives The resources will help (but not be limited to) in:

    Stream 4 – Business Services

    B.1 Business Analyst L3

    B.7 Business Transformation Architect L3

    Stream 5 – Project Management Services

    P.1 Change Manager

    P.5 Project Executive

    The resources are required to evaluate the current application landscape, develop a change management strategy and develop a transformation plan. They are required to provide guidance and recommendations for aligning the existing suite of applications to a new platform

    As part of the work arrangement, resources will need to perform full documentation and knowledge transfer of all activities to DFATD’s employees.
