This is a reissue of DFO solicitation FP802-190219
The Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada Canadian Coast Guard (CCG) is seeking to award one contract to provide the professional services of one (1) Level 3, Bilingual, Senior Business Analyst to support the CCG’s implementation of a replacement system to modernize the existing Aids to Navigation (SIPA) software. Aids to navigation are devices that are not part of a vessel and that help mariners determine their position and course, to warn of dangers or obstructions, or to mark the location of preferred routes.
CCG is seeking a professional resource to assist with the replacement the current system with a modern IT application built on supported technology.
Proposed period of contract:
The contract period is from the date of award to March 31, 2020 with the following two (2) option periods:
a) Option 1: April 01, 2020 to March 31 2021; and
b) Option 2: April 01, 2021 to September 30, 2021
