    This requirement is for the Office of the Secretary to the Governor General (OSGG)

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following categories under the Business Consulting/Change Management Stream: Business Consultant and Business Continuity Consultants.

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

    Description of the Requirement:

    The Office of the Secretary to the Governor General (OSGG) requires the services of one (1) Business Consultant, Senior and between one (1) and up to three (3) Business Continuity Consultants, Intermediate to provide support to the OSGG for review and update of departmental security services

    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    RFP documents will be e-mailed directly to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. Bidders are advised that the RFP documents are not available on the Government Electronic Tendering System (GETS).

    The TSPS Method of Supply is a result of a formal competitive process which was established as a result of extensive consultations with industry. The Method of Supply provides suppliers with an on-going opportunity to become prequalified for participation in future bidding opportunities.     The requirement is subject to the provisions of the:

    The resulting contract will not include deliveries of services within locations: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador that are subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs). Any requirements for deliveries of services within locations within: Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Quebec, or Labrador that are subject to CLCAs will have to be treated as a separate procurement not forming part of the bid solicitation.

    Proposed period of contract:

    It is intended to result in the award of one (1) Contract from contract award to 31 March 2021, plus three (3) one (1) year option periods.

    Estimated Level of Effort:

    Initial Contract Period from date of Contract award to 31 March, 2021:

    1. Business Consultant, Senior: approximately 50 days
    2. Business Continuity Consultant, Intermediate: approximately 200 days

    For each option periods:

    1. Business Consultant, Senior: approximately 5 days
    2. Business Continuity Consultant, Intermediate: approximately 30 days
