A Gender-Based Analysis Plus (GBA+) will be integrated in this evaluation to assess how well the program serves GBA+ populations, including women and Indigenous populations. The evaluation will provide evidence-based information to support the decision-making process for program and policy development in both the short-term via the formative evaluation and the medium-term via the summative evaluation.
